Called "The Best Film Festival in New York" by the Village Voice, BAMcinemaFest is an annual festival of independent cinema that takes place each summer at BAM. The goal each year is to create an aesthetic that's visually connected to filmmaking while avoiding the more obvious film festival logo design pitfalls... you know... old timey cameras, film reels, that clapperboard thing that they snap before yelling "Action!" in the movies... boooring.
